How we design the M1 and Simpro to Work together and Integrate Employment hero and Simpro to sync time sheets

Problem: 

Remax, a leading manufacturing company in Melbourne, needed to integrate data flow across three systems—Employment Hero, M1, and Simpro—along with a GPS system called Cactus. They faced challenges in streamlining service and manufacturing operations efficiently. 

Approach: 

We were responsible for designing the architecture and data flow, ensuring seamless integration among the systems. We worked with an internal team and an external programming team and coordinated with the end customer’s finance team for workflow input. 

Technology: 

We integrated Employment Hero and Simpro focusing on data architecture and workflow design with M1 and simpro 

Solution: 

We created a comprehensive architecture that ensured smooth data flow between all systems, documented the workflows, and handed them over to the development team for execution.
